Click the Get Loan button on our homepage or use the onboarding link shared with you. Enter the loan amount, preferred tenure, and purpose, then follow the guided steps to complete your profile.

Keep your contact details, residential address, employment information, monthly income, and bank account particulars ready. You will also need government-issued identity numbers to move past the KYC stage.

Upload a recent selfie, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and Aadhaar with selfie. Depending on your profile we may ask for voter ID, passport, driving licence, or supporting income documents. Make sure each file is clear, legible, and under 50 MB.

You must meet the minimum age requirement set in our policy, have a valid PAN and Aadhaar, and provide accurate employment and banking information. Meeting these criteria helps us move your application forward quickly.

Yes. If you exit midway, use the unique onboarding link sent to your registered email or SMS to resume exactly where you left off.

Our system verifies your identity with Cashfree, checks your credit profile, and assigns the application to our loan officers. You can monitor each step from your borrower dashboard.

Log in to your borrower dashboard using your registered email or mobile number. The dashboard timeline shows the latest step completed and highlights any pending actions from your side.

Most applications are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours after all verifications succeed. Delays can occur if we need additional documents or clarification, and we will notify you if that happens.

You will receive an email and SMS notification. Your borrower dashboard will show the approval status, sanctioned amount, and next steps such as e-signing the sanction letter and loan agreement.

First, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes and request a new OTP. If the issue continues, raise a support ticket from the dashboard so our team can assist you.

The rejection message will include the reason and the recommended action. You can contact support through the borrower dashboard if you believe an error occurred or wish to reapply after resolving the highlighted issues.

Go to the Agreements section in your dashboard and click Sign Now. You will be redirected to our e-sign partner where you authenticate yourself and complete the digital signature process.

Disbursement typically happens within 24 hours of signing all documents and providing the required bank details. We will alert you once the transfer is initiated.

EMIs consist of principal, interest, and any applicable processing or service fees. Your amortisation schedule is available in the Repayments section, showing due dates, instalment amounts, and outstanding balance.

You can pay using the Cashfree payment link sent with each reminder or log in to your dashboard to settle instalments through the payment link. Choose the method that suits you best before the due date.

Late payments may attract penalties and affect your credit score. If you anticipate a delay, contact our support team immediately so we can discuss a suitable repayment plan.

Log in to your dashboard, open Profile, and submit the updated information. Some changes may require additional verification before they take effect.

KYC can fail if the document is blurry, expired, or the details do not match your application. Re-upload a clearer copy or contact support with the correct information so we can re-run the check.

From your dashboard, click Support, fill in the issue details, and attach screenshots or documents if needed. You will receive updates by email and can reply directly from the ticket page.

Yes. Use the Reapply option in your dashboard to start a fresh request. We will reuse verified information where possible so you can move through the steps faster.
