These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loan Management System (LOS) operated by LendPro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, submitting a loan application, or using any portion of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the loan lifecycle.
• We may reject or cancel any application if the information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
• We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

3. Loan Application and Verification

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• You consent to KYC checks, credit bureau pulls, and third-party verification (Cashfree, Experian, Protean, etc.) as part of the evaluation process.
• We may request additional documents or clarifications before final approval and disbursal.

4. Loan Disbursement and Repayment

• Upon approval and execution of digital agreements, funds will be disbursed to the verified bank account you provided.
• You agree to honor the EMI schedule and repayment terms displayed in your borrower dashboard.
• Late payments may attract penalties, additional interest, credit bureau reporting, and collection actions.
• If automatic payment mandates fail, you must make manual payments using the available channels.

5. Use of the Platform

• You will not misuse the Platform, upload malicious content, or interfere with services.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without written authorization.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory reasons.

6. Communication and Notifications

• You agree to receive communications through email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app alerts related to your account and loan.
• Service and compliance communications are mandatory; marketing communications can be opted out through preference settings.
• Ensure your contact information remains current to avoid missing important updates.

7. Fees and Charges

• Processing fees, mandate charges, late fees, and other applicable costs will be disclosed in the sanction letter and loan agreement.
• All charges are payable in accordance with the schedule communicated in your dashboard or official correspondence.

8. Data Protection

• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of that policy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded documents or statements.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, product names, designs, and content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company.
• You may not use any trademark or intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or loan products.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is registered.
• We encourage amicable resolution through our support desk before pursuing formal remedies.
